Founded on 28th January, 2015, GOODSUNDAY FILMS is a Film, Television, and Digital Media company.
We provide full production services for feature films, television, digital media and commercial advertising, scripted and non-scripted content, both locally and in the region. From experience and knowledge we’ve gained through our 30+ years working and living in the industry, we know the market, we are flexible and adaptable, and we are cost conscious.
We are Vietnamese with international education and experience, embracing east-west sensibilities that set us apart from the competition. We are fluent in the language of production service, fixing service, production and content creation in our digital nomad, brave new world. WE COMMIT, WE DELIVER

BIOGRAPHY
Ken began his career in film and television as a production assistant on various music videos where he learned his craft. From production assistant, Ken progressed to camera assistant and then to various positions within film and television production including: production coordinator, 1st camera assistant, 2nd camera assistant, 2nd assistant director, 1st assistant director and production manager and line producer.
In 1999, Ken was awarded an Ontario Arts Council grant for the writing of his first short film entitled “A Long’s Story.” He was also awarded a Canadian Heritage grant for the same project. Ken is versatile with both video and 16mm and 35mm film. He is also versatile in all aspects of production having worked in various capacities since 1998.
Ken is a graduate of St. Lawrence Secondary School and the Devry Institute of Technology where he completed his computer technician certificate. As well, he completed the Canadian Society of Cinematographer’s Basic Lighting Course and its Basic Camera Course. In 2002, he completed the Society’s Camera Assistant’s Certification Progam. Ken currently resides in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where he continues to freelance in the film and television industry.

Irene is a Vietnamese-Canadian Producer based in Ho Chi Minh City. Irene has produced 15 feature films since relocating to Vietnam in 2005. She most recently served as Line Producer for Netflix’ A TOURIST’S GUIDE TO LOVE for Muse Inc. As well as Production Supervisor on ARTEMIS FOWL and Production Supervisor on KONG: SKULL ISLAND. All shot in Vietnam. Her recent local feature films include Producer on Timothy Linh Bui’s DAYDREAMERS (NGUOI MAT TROI), SAIGON SAIGON by first time Director Nguyen Tran (in post-production) and SONG LANG by Leon Le. Other notable features include: HUONG GA: RISE directed by Cuong Ngo, HOW TO FIGHT IN SIX INCH HEELS directed by Ham Tran, DE MAI TINH (FOOL FOR LOVE) by Charlie Nguyen, PASSPORT TO LOVE and GIAO LO DINH MENH by Victor Vu, and THE LEGEND IS ALIVE by Luu Huynh. Having previously produced with Dustin Nguyen, Irene produced Dustin’s VIETNAM, A SECOND ACT, a short film about Dustin’s meteoric rise in Vietnam and in Hollywood.
Prior to moving to Vietnam, Irene was the Marketing Director at PS Production Services Ltd., a camera, lighting and grip equipment rental house supplier to the Canadian Film and Television Industry. She began her career as a program coordinator for the Toronto International Film Festival under the tutelage of David Overby, then moved to production under the mentorship of Douglas Dales and Pamela Davenport. As well, Irene has served on the Board of Directors of both the Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival and Reel Diversity in Toronto, Canada

Cong is a well-known name in the Production, Advertising and Media world in Vietnam as well as Jakarta. A popularity that stems from the quality of his work, the passion and commitment and his penchant for the creative process.
Filmmaking was his calling, and he realized that from an early age, the reason why he pursued a degree in film direction from Australia. An education and qualification that gives him the edge in understanding filmmaking creatively and makes him one of the most sought after producers by creatives and directors alike.
A career spanning more than a decade saw him donning many hats, from assistant director to director, and finally to his true calling as a producer. A role that Cong not only excels in but have been told by many Clients, he is exceptional in. Cong has produced some of the best film and TVC work done in Vietnam.
Having served as a producer for some time with local production houses, Cong started Good Sunday to give his passion a more unrestricted playground and deliver on what he knows and believes in the most – Quality.
